Financial Manager
Carika Langeveldt has been a key part of Radio Network Solutions since May 2021, bringing with her 15 years of financial expertise. As Financial Manager, she prepares and presents management reports, analyses accounts to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and ensures the company maintains a healthy cash flow for operations and investments. Carika also implements and oversees internal controls, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, tax laws and industry standards. She plays an integral role in coordinating financial audits and aligning financial management with RNS’ overall goals.
One of her notable achievements at RNS includes successfully implementing a comprehensive financial strategy that increased profits while identifying cost-saving measures that reduced operational expenses without compromising quality. Carika is motivated by the challenge of solving financial issues and contributing to the company’s growth and stability, consistently striving to meet deadlines and tackle complex problems.
With a Bachelor of Accounting Science (BCOMPT), Carika continually seeks opportunities for professional development. While she has not participated in any RNS-sponsored programmes, she remains actively involved in workshops and learning opportunities to stay up to date with the evolving financial landscape.
In her free time, Carika engages in physical activities such as running, boxing and dance classes, which she believes help boost mental clarity, reduce stress and improve productivity. Her dedication to personal growth and her passion for finance make her a valued member of the RNS team.
