Henry's commitment to professional growth is evident in his qualifications; he completed his matric in 1988 and has since participated in various RNS-sponsored training programmes, including forklift training. His proactive approach extends to planning collections and deliveries around current events, a habit he developed from his interest in staying updated on the news.
