As a founding member of Radio Network Solutions, Neil Ole Nordgaard has been a pivotal figure at the company since its inception in June 2006. Serving as the Technical Director, Neil brings 37 years of industry experience to his role.

In his role, Neil acts as a Sales Solutions Architect, focusing on business development, relationship management for key accounts and overseeing sales budgets. He manages product selection and key supplier relationships while overseeing the Western Cape regional office.

Neil holds a National Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering Light Current (T3) and often jokes that his real education comes from the “University of Life,” reflecting the wealth of knowledge he has gained throughout his career. Outside of work, he enjoys surf skiing, cycling and activities like fishing and hunting. His ability to blend professionalism with a sense of humour makes Neil a respected leader at RNS, while friends and family affectionately call him Ole.
