Site Supervisor
Philip Malherbe has been a valued team member at Radio Network Solutions since 2016, bringing 12 years of experience to his role as Site Supervisor. He takes charge of site builds from start to finish, ensuring they are completed efficiently, within budget and to the highest standards. His responsibilities span project planning, materials management, asset tracking, as well as maintaining clear communication with clients to guarantee satisfaction.
Philip started his journey at RNS as a Junior Site Supervisor, where he gained hands-on experience that laid the groundwork for his current position. Among his many accomplishments, completing 100 cube installations in Botswana stands out as a highlight of his career at RNS.
His commitment to professional growth is evident through his qualifications, including a Grade 12 certificate (2006) and additional training sponsored by RNS. He completed the Kaelus Passive Intermodulation (PIM) Course in 2017 and Fall Arrest and Rescue Training (NFQ Level 1/2), equipping him with the expertise needed to excel in his field.
What drives Philip is the ability to see the direct impact of his work. The sense of achievement he feels after completing a project motivates him to continue delivering exceptional results. He also values the opportunity to collaborate with a skilled team, which inspires him to keep learning and improving.
When he’s not on-site, Philip enjoys trail running, multiday mountain hikes and windsurfing. These hobbies reflect his adventurous nature and his ability to tackle challenges with determination. All qualities that shine through in both his personal and professional life.
