Steven Grobler has been an integral part of Radio Network Solutions since 2009, bringing an impressive 41 years of experience to his role as an RF Specialist. He is at the forefront of designing and developing RF circuits and components, including amplifiers, filters and antennas, while ensuring seamless system integration. His expertise spans the entire project lifecycle, from conducting rigorous testing and validation to guaranteeing compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Steven’s technical acumen is backed by a National Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Light Current). Over the years, he has contributed to several landmark projects at RNS, including the Gautrain radio system, Cape Town Airport’s RF infrastructure, the first 5G deployment with CCITT, stadium coverage with Lens antenna solutions, as well as innovative solutions for congested BTS sites. These accomplishments reflect his ability to tackle complex challenges and deliver impactful results.
