Willem Hendrik Jooste, known to his colleagues as Willie, has been an integral part of the Radio Network Solutions team since 2013. With near on 15 years of experience, he brings a steadfast commitment to his role as Site Supervisor, ensuring that each project is completed to the highest standards from inception to client handover.
Willem’s technical expertise is complemented by the training he has undertaken through RNS, including RF Principles, Working at Heights (Basic), Level 1 First Aid and Basic Fire Fighting. These qualifications empower him to handle the challenges of his role with confidence and professionalism.
His career highlights include notable projects such as the SASOL HQ in Sandton and the Vodaworld 5G upgrade, where his attention to detail and effective problem-solving were key to the successful delivery of these complex undertakings.
What drives Willie in his role is the dynamic nature of his work – every site presents unique challenges and opportunities. He thrives on collaboration, working closely with his team to achieve professional results while building lasting relationships with clients. His result-driven mindset and focus on teamwork ensure that each project is approached with energy and precision.
